Terms of Use
1. What Studio Publisher HF is
Studio Publisher HF is an internal tool of Hanifera GmbH for publishing our own finished, approved videos to our own connected social media accounts. It is not a public service: there is no sign-up, no subscription, no fee and no contract with members of the public.
2. Who may use it
- Only team members whom the operator has authorised may use the tool.
- The tool may only be used for the operator's own connected accounts.
- Access credentials, tokens and app secrets must be kept confidential and must not be shared or passed on.
3. Content
- Only content that we own, or for which all necessary rights have been cleared, may be published. This covers footage, images, music, voices and the likeness of every person shown, including their consent.
- Content must comply with the law and with the rules of the platform it is published on.
- AI-generated or substantially AI-edited content must be labelled as such wherever the law or the platform requires it.
4. Approval before publishing
Every publication needs the explicit approval of an authorised team member who has checked the final video, the target account, the caption, the visibility setting and any required disclosure labels. The tool does not publish automatically or on a schedule.
5. Platform terms
Publishing to TikTok through Studio Publisher HF is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and developer terms. Where those rules are stricter than these terms, they take precedence. The platform decides whether and how content is shown, and it may limit what the tool can do. For example, direct posts are currently limited to private visibility.
6. This website
This website only provides information about the tool. It has no login, upload or account functions.
7. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that the tool or this website is available at all times or free of errors, or that a transfer succeeds. Nor do we guarantee any reach, views, followers or monetisation. Platforms may delay, reject, restrict or remove content.
