Studio Publisher HF

Studio Publisher HF is an internal tool our team uses to publish our own finished videos to our own social media accounts, deliberately and one video at a time.

Who it is for

Studio Publisher HF is operated by Hanifera GmbH, Berlin, and is used only by authorised members of our own team. It is not offered to the public: there is no sign-up, no customer accounts, no subscription and nothing to buy.

This website describes the tool. It has no login, upload or account functions.

How a video gets published

1. Finish the video. The video is produced and exported in our own internal video studio.
2. Review it. We check the final export: its content, our rights to everything in it (footage, images, music, voices, people shown) and whether it has to be labelled as AI-generated.
3. Check the target account and the details. We confirm which of our own connected accounts it goes to, and check the caption, the visibility setting and the AI-generated content label.
4. Approve publication explicitly. Nothing is sent until a team member confirms the transfer of that one video. There is no automatic or scheduled posting.

Connected platform

TikTok is currently the only connected platform. Studio Publisher HF uses TikTok's Login Kit to connect our own TikTok account, and the Content Posting API to transfer a video in one of two ways:

• Upload to the TikTok inbox. The video is sent to the inbox of our connected account, and a team member finishes and posts it in the TikTok app.
• Direct post. The video is posted directly to our connected account. At present, direct posts are limited to private visibility, so only the account itself can see them.

No other platforms are connected. Studio Publisher HF is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by TikTok.
